Bucks of Babylon TERMS & CONDITIONS:

By signing up to the Bucks of Babylon program you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions which must be adhered to and are legally binding immediately upon agreement. Failure to comply with the terms below will result in the termination of your account, forfeiture of all monies owed and a ban from the Bucks of Babylon program.

Bucks of Babylon reserves the right to terminate an agreement or deny any person entry into the Bucks of Babylon program.

If a Bucks of Babylon account is created with false/misleading information, the account will be terminated and all monies owed will be forfeited.

Only authorized Babes of Babylon banners, graphics, photos, html code and approved text may be used to promote Babes of Babylon. Any alteration to banners to defame, libel or misrepresent Babes of Babylon will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

There are no limits to the number of Babes of Babylon banners you can post to your site.

You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms herein.

If any of your contact information changes, you may change it at CCBill.com or notify Babes of Babylon at help@babesofbabylon.com

Babes of Babylon will pay you 50% of each valid and confirmed subscriber who signs up through a link using your unique linking code that is placed on your website. Plus 50% of all recurring membership until that member decides to cancel. You will receive 50% of the Gross Net. Gross Net is defined as all sales minus credit card transaction fees.
Only one account is allowed per company or organization.

Payments are mailed each week. There is a minimum check amount before a partner will receive a check. The partners will receive a check once their total equals or exceeds the amount of $25.00.

We reserve the right to change the payout rate.

All accounts to be settled will be paid in U.S. currency via company check from CCBill. No reference to Babes of Babylon will be on your checks.

The Bucks of Babylon program is an advertising program. Joining our program does not constitute an employment agreement or a partnership with Babes of Babylon. The agreement is to be treated as an Independent Contractor agreement in which both parties agree that the individual that joins this program does so voluntarily and with the understanding that for each sale, the individual will be granted a predetermined rate to be paid at the end of each billing period as set out by CCBill.com.

Only adults, who are at least 18 years of age and legally allowed to view adult material in their respective country, may join the Bucks of Babylon program.

Subscriptions by Mail (regular postal mail) cannot be tracked in the Bucks of Babylon program & cannot be credited to your Bucks of Babylon account.

All surfers are tracked by two methods. The first method is via a cookie that is set by our referral scripts. When a surfer hits our initial scripts upon leaving a referrer's site a cookie is set. The surfers IP and the current timestamp are also logged to do a check against in the case the cookie is not accepted.

If a sale is made for a referral, CCBill will look for the cookie and query the Referral Master database for the other information collected. Through these methods, it can determine what referrer sent the referral that resulted in an actual sale and can credit them for it.

Bucks of Babylon's & CCBill.com's log files will prevail in determining amount of clicks and sign-ups in any case of dispute.

Babes of Babylon will not be liable for loss in sales, traffic, etc. that result from technical errors or equipment malfunction. Babes of Babylon is not liable for lost sales due to errors of the processing companies or due to human error.

Use of the following is a violation of our program:
bandwidth theft
hit manufacturing
falsification
any attempt at misleading or false advertising

The action of sending any clicks from any URL that contains and/or promotes the following content, programs or linking practices is a violation of this agreement:
child pornography
bestiality
warez
password selling or trading
SPAM
or any other shady practice.

E-mail spamming is strictly prohibited. This includes e-mail spamming, newsgroups, and IRC. If you violate this term of your agreement you will be terminated from the program and will not be paid.

Bucks of Babylon will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.

We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!

Bucks of Babylon reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month. In such cases you will be notified in advance.

We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason.

If any of the above terms & conditions above are violated, without any questions,
Your account number will be entered into our banned file,
Your account will be deleted,
Your accrued funds will be forfeited,
You will not be given a second chance.
